I remember the exact moment I first thought:

"I might be like this forever."

I felt stuck in self doubt and shame. My family was getting pieces of me.

I was so busy trying to find outward success, that my own family was suffering.

I made a promise to myself:
"If I can figure this out, then I'm going to help as many other men figure it out to."

I went deep. I realized what I was missing. And I started chasing after it.
