WHY ME?
There is tons of different cues, tips and information from coaches, players, influencers etc. and each one turns out to be contradicting to another. How many times have you seen X says that ONLY THIS TECHNIQUE is correct, while 2 posts lower Y says it’s not.
I try to look at these things from a different perspective. With the help of science I can tell you which is better or worse for each individual case and WHY.
