Who I Am: A dad, a teacher, and a leadership researcher \(EdD\). I am not a therapist. I don’t treat patients. Instead, I help parents apply leadership strategies to get their families "unstuck."

What This Community Is About: For over 25 years, I have studied & supported people in navigating uncertainty. I have found that the best leaders \(and parents\) aren't the ones who try to exert control—they are the ones who stay nimble.
