Welcome to The Grove, a kung fu community. The ‘martial forest is one family’ and in the spirit of the Jiang Hu of old, The Grove represents a training space of shared intention and focus. We are a community of diverse martial artists dedicated to the training of Traditional Chinese Martial Arts as embodied in the practices of Bagua Zhang, Beijing Shuai Jiao, Tai Ji Quan, Xing Yi Quan and Praying Mantis.
