Hi, I’m Jai — a certified educator with 20 years of international experience and a co-active coach. I created The Growth Lab to empower kids to grow food, practice sustainability, and nurture their well-being.

From growing plants and upcycling to reducing waste, to practicing self-awareness, reflection and care — kids engage with meaningful, curated material. Parents can feel confident allowing their kids to engage with the posted content.
