Welcome to school! I hope you’re ready for training. I’m in the process of archiving everything that I know which is going to be a pretty long process.
Even so, there is plenty to work with here already.
As of right now, you will have access to yoga classes, Boot Camp classes, handstand program. I will be adding more programs as we move along.
