My name is Maks, I’m the founder. I started this community because I couldn’t stand living in a way that was making my life go to waste - and, if you’re in the same boat, then this just might be the place for you.
My goal is to gather people - especially \(but not only\) ADHD folk - who seek the same thing I once did:
Complete freedom, from internal problems: social media addiction, negative thinking, social anxiety, and self-sabotage as a whole.
We’ll talk about breaking addiction cycles, self-discovery, how to get more vitality and energy, and how to squeeze out the most from ourselves, and our lives. Along the way, I’ll share everything I learned that helped me become the kind of man I’m proud of being.
Because I’m not perfect - but I did learn a thing or two on this path. And, now, I wanna share it with you.
