She_heals_nutrition is founded by Dr Aya , who was suffering from emotional eating in the last 5 years, due to chronic pain and stress.
She had a tough journey but learned a lot and know how sensitive this can be, so she created this community which is a place, where she can share with you all her personal and professional experiences and we can support each others.
A lot of free learnings are there for everyone along with affordable price premium options.
Our main rule is to be kind to yourself and to others.
