This is a space for humans to be seen, supported, and celebrated. I'm Taylor-Paige, a nurse, healer & founder of Rise & Restore. After years of burnout, loss, and unbecoming everything I thought I had to be, I created Rise & Restore as a movement for wholeness. Here, we do the soul work of rising from trauma, restoring mind, body & soul balance, and returning to ourselves.
