Welcome to Refuge + Rock! This faith-centered community offers hope, healing, and practical encouragement around mental health and spiritual growth. Led by Adam Wood \(pastor, psychology student, founder of Autism and Faith Inc., and co-leader of the Christian rock duo Brightstar\) Refuge + Rock blends biblical teaching, mental-health awareness, and authentic conversation.
You’ll find Mental Health Mondays \(short videos/discussions to start your week with hope\), Midweek Music \(a new song every week to unpack content and emotion\), Friday Check-ins \(questions or topics to discuss\), and daily encouragement. Our goal is to create a safe space where you can find support and Jesus while rocking out.
