Peer Supports At Work is a space for Certified Peer Support Specialists to stay grounded, supported, and connected to their purpose. This community focuses on real-world peer support, not just theory. We talk about what it actually feels like to do this work, the weight it can carry, and how to stay connected to your “why” without burning out.

Inside, you’ll find practical, short trainings you can use immediately, along with real conversations about boundaries, burnout, and using lived experience in a healthy, intentional way. Members also receive access to low cost 8 hours of annual continuing education, including required ethics content.

This is more than training. It’s a place to grow, reflect, and be supported by people who truly understand the work.
