Hi, I’m Jack Ambler.

I’m a 32-year-old semi-pro mountain biker and personal trainer, specialising in MTB fitness and injury rehabilitation.

I’ve ridden since I was a kid, starting on UK single trails and downhill, then around 18 year old I started competing in dirt jump and Slopestyle. In 2018, I shifted focus to enduro, freeride, and downhill, and now I love blending all the skills I’ve learned to improve every discipline.

Most of my skills came later in my riding career, which meant I had to break everything down and learn it deliberately, not by luck. That experience taught me how to deconstruct technical MTB techniques and explain them clearly, so others can progress faster and safer.

Here, I share the skills and knowledge I’ve picked up along the way, helping you ride trails faster and more confidently, dail bike setup, master jumps and tricks, and build the fitness to ride longer and stronger. My goal is simple: to help you progress faster, ride better, and enjoy every ride.
