A group of overstimulated mothers who are done feeling on edge all the time.
On top of everything that happens in your day-to-day life, a spilled coffee, a screaming child, a mess and clutter, or all the responsibilities are just too much. You get overstimulated and cranky, letting it out on all around you and leaving yourself in a bad mood and feeling guilty.
You know you could to it better, have more fun, but there is just always something ... a long to do list, so much noise, never ending parenting in fear, that your kids will turn up as a spoil brad ...
Let's find a way for you to come back to your body and enjoy your life.
I’m Eva, a mom and a coach with a background in systematic family studies. Raising my daughter mostly alone in a new country, I struggled with trying to do it all, but never getting it done.
With nervous system tools and reflective journaling, I found my way back.
I’m here to create a safe space for you with lots of self-coaching, not overwhelming tools.
