Often putting the well-being of their teams above their own, managers carry the weight of responsibility, decision-making, and care for others, frequently at the expense of their own mental and emotional health.
This group exists to remind managers that they matter too. It’s a space where leaders can connect, be vulnerable, and receive the support they so readily give to others. Being a great manager doesn’t mean sacrificing your own well-being—it means leading with balance, compassion, and the strength to ask for help when needed.
