Learning to Sit With It is a quiet, trauma-informed space for people with complex nervous systems — including CPTSD, sensory processing differences, misophonia, ADHD, chronic stress, and lived healing.
This is not a fixing space.
Not a productivity space.
Not a place that asks you to override your body or rush toward resolution.
Here, we practice slowing down enough to notice what’s present — in the body, the nervous system, thought, emotion, sound, and sensation — without forcing change or meaning.
Much of healing happens not through effort, but through staying.
Through learning how to remain with discomfort, neutrality, or quiet without abandonment or pressure.
This space values gentle pacing, sensory awareness, lived experience, and regulation over performance.
You are welcome to arrive quietly.
You are welcome to read without posting.
You are welcome to take breaks and return.
Presence is enough.
