Kids Dance Lab is a recreational dance program held at Optimist Community Centre in Windsor, Ontario, designed to help children explore movement, rhythm, and creativity in a fun, supportive environment.

Each session introduces kids to a variety of dance experiences through games, simple combinations, and creative movement. Tap is used as a rhythmic foundation throughout, supporting coordination, musicality, and confidence while keeping classes playful and engaging.

Kids Dance Lab is intentionally pressure-free and recreational. There are no recitals, competitions, or prior dance experience required. The focus is on joyful movement and confidence-building.
This community is the home for all Kids Dance Lab programs, including schedules, updates, communication with families.
