Hi! I’m so happy you’re here! I’m Natasha, a single mum with 2 children living in Dublin, Ireland \(but I'm from Devon in England\).

I’ve been teaching children’s and family yoga since 2017... in schools, studios, community centres, events and ofcourse online.

I’m still fairly new to home education, and as I’ve found my rhythm, I’ve realised just how valuable our yoga and mindfulness practices are for keeping us grounded, connected, and some what calm....... ish 😂

I created this space because I wanted to connect with other home-educating families who also value wellbeing and mindful living.
