Stronger joints = Better movement.
Over the past four years, I’ve been deeply committed to my fitness journey. For the last three, my main focus has been on joint health and mobility. Early on, I realised how much time I spent compensating for old injuries or avoiding movements out of fear that a past issue might flare up again.
This space is where I share everything that helped me change that — my routines, techniques and targeted mobility exercises designed to strengthen your joints and improve how your body moves. These aren’t static or generic exercises; they’re precise, intentional movements that build strength while protecting and improving joint function.
