Hello, I'm Jenn. I help women over 50 avoid the stereotypical “I’m old, I can’t do that” and “I’ve always done things this way." We can dance and play and try new things!
I will be sharing workouts from beginners to more advanced. We will be cooking and sharing healthy recipes. Our community is:
