Daily momentum shouldn’t depend on good days.
The Mental Toughness Project is a daily, measurement-based training system designed to prevent setbacks from resetting progress.
We know that what gets measured daily stops breaking under pressure.
So we focus on behaviour, instead of motivation, emotions, or long psychology explanations.
We use a simple four-phase mental toughness framework \(inspired by Alex Hormozi\) to measure what happens when things go wrong:
[ul][li]how long behavior holds before changing[li]how far it deviates once it does[li]how quickly it returns to baseline[li]and whether that baseline improves over time
The outcomes are observable and cumulative:
[ul][li]smaller behavioral disruptions[li]faster recovery after setbacks[li]improved baseline behavior[li]momentum that continues despite adversity
Daily participation takes under 60 seconds:
[ul][li]one number[li]one insight[li]one intention
No journaling or emotional analysis.
Daily proof that progress continues even on bad days.
