I have always been a goal oriented person. No matter what I was working toward, I wanted to know how to move faster, perform better, and get the most out of my time.

Over the years I realized that one of the highest leverage things I could do was not to add more, but to get more out of the things I was already doing every single day.

For the last decade I have researched, tested, and refined ways to do exactly that. I looked at the fundamentals we all share , eating, sleeping, working, resting, thinking. I asked how I could get better results without adding extra effort and time.

What I found is a collection of information and crafted a system that helps my body and brain perform at their best while making little to no extra time commitments. In some cases I spend less time than before.

The goal is simple. Strip things down to what works. Apply it consistently. Let the results compound.
