A couple of months ago I was at a small AI startup where most of my co-workers were either software developers or AI researchers. So as the only marketing person I felt like the odd ball out. But then I realized something: As AI researchers are becoming the most valuable people in development, growth engineers are becoming the most valuable people in marketing.
Which leads me to why I started Growth Researchers!
A place to foster the next generation of valuable skills in the startup scene: Growth marketing.
Anyone can be a growth researcher. App developer, software engineer, product manager, you name it. No 6-8 year PH.d or millions in equity required.
The key is understanding what works and crafting your own strategy 🔑.
