THRiVEN Men’s Round Table is a community-based initiative founded in Winnipeg, Manitoba, to provide adult men with a respectful, confidential space for honest conversation, accountability, and personal growth.

THRiVEN Men’s Round Table is built on the belief that strength is reinforced through connection, shared experience, and consistency. The round table model emphasizes listening, mutual respect, and lived experience rather than instruction or diagnosis.

The initiative is not a clinical, medical, or therapeutic service. It does not provide mental health treatment, counselling, or crisis intervention. Participation is voluntary and centred on peer dialogue, structured check-ins, and shared reflection on the challenges of modern life, including work, family, responsibility, and identity.

THRiVEN Men’s Round Table exists to reduce isolation, encourage accountability, and foster resilience through community presence and conversation.
