The monthly labs are a place where we will walk through the phase of work, Ideation -> Activation -> Implementation to get hands on experience together in approaching a project. Alongside practical exercises we will sessions to take real world situations and look at the through the lens of The Working Genius.

The Working Genius is a simple tool that has daily and often hourly impact in our lives to help us have greater joy and hope in our work so lets work together to help one another towards greater joy in our day to day.
