Welcome to The Box Lacrosse Guy’s Training Community — a passion project built to give lacrosse players real coaching, structure, and direction.

I’m Elliott Bender 👋 with 27+ years in the game as a collegiate men’s and women’s coach, former pro box player \(PBLA\) 🇨🇦, Senior box player in Canada, and two-time state champion head coach 🏆🏆. I’ve helped develop 150+ college-committed athletes and have worked to grow box lacrosse across the U.S. and internationally 🌎.

My approach is box-first 🧠. Box lacrosse builds elite stick skills, decision-making, toughness, and confidence — and everything here is designed to translate to field lacrosse for both boys and girls.
