Hey, I’m Braden 👋. I’m not perfect—and I’m not here to pretend I am. I’ve messed up, chased the wrong things 🍻, and lived for myself instead of God 🙅‍♂️. But Jesus met me in my mess ✝️, forgave me 🙌, and gave me a new mission.

The Barham Program is about transformation—from the inside out 💪❤️. Here, we combine faith 📖 and fitness 🏋️‍♂️ to build spiritual strength, physical discipline, and a life that glorifies God.

This isn’t about being “perfect” ❌—it’s about being real, growing daily, and walking together as sinners saved by grace 🙏.
