I created Sonic Vitality for women like me who started feeling “off” and couldn’t explain why.
Stress hit harder. Small things set me off. My sleep changed. I felt tired and tense for no clear reason. I wasn’t broken... my nervous system just needed help.
That’s why I developed these frequency sessions. They’re designed to calm the stress response fast and help your body settle without meditation, breath work, or long routines.
