Welcome to my community, I’m Maire-Claire a 46 year old mum of three girls…ex mounted police officer who loves horses motorbikes and flying, life has not been easy for me but I am living it to the full.
When perimenopause hit recently it all came crashing down in every way.
I have always had extreme ability to cope with what ever life throws at me having had two abusive marriages years ago , this coping ability all fell to pieces months ago.
I have rebuilt and researched helped by the fact I started a health science degree and science is a passion.
I’m here to inform, educate and share all the tools , information and latest science studies and research areas in this area of women’s health.
