Rooted Renewal is a refuge for spiritually-oriented professionals — the sensitive ones, the exhausted ones, the ones who give deeply and are ready to lead from steadier inner ground.
At every crossroads, something inside tightens. A portal narrows — Calm, Clarity, Courage, Compassion, Choice. Instead of pushing harder or shrinking smaller, we learn to work with that narrowing directly.
Here, we compost what no longer serves. We don’t deny it or spread our pain everywhere. We metabolize it — together.
Each month we move through a rhythm:
• Reorienting at the Crossroads \(guided parts mapping + integrated action\)
• Gathering at the Crossroads \(portal-based teaching\)
• Deepening at the Crossroads \(playbooks, feedback, communal learning\)
Over time, this looks like growing ability to set firm yet gentle boundaries, tender steps toward lively self-expression, steadier leadership, and the quiet recognition of your own inner power.
