Welcome to The Rhythm & Feeling Good Academy
This is a unique space where rhythm, joy, and inner transformation meet. Through The Zikalo Method and the teachings of my book The Power of Feeling Good, I share a playful and inspiring path into music and personal growth.
In West Africa, where I grew up, Zikalo means music where everybody joins in. That spirit lives here. Rhythm is not only for a gifted few — it is alive in everyone. With more than 40 years of concerts and workshops around the world, I now offer this experience to you.
You can learn by listening, singing, imitating, and playing — with a drum, a table, a bucket, or your own body. Come as you are, join in, and awaken the joy, rhythm, and power already living within you.
