A space for people who want to stop starting over and start showing up for themselves again.

Most of us already know what to do to get healthier....
We just don’t always stay consistent.

I got tired of negotiating with myself, so I created this space.

This is simply an accountability community for people who want to get back on track with their health.

And I’m on this journey too.

I still have 60 lbs to go, and I’m documenting my journey along the way.

I’m not a trainer.
Just someone choosing to prioritize my health again.

The only rule here: Show up and keep trying.
