In her late 40s she rebuilt her marriage, divorced alcohol after nearly three decades, healed her skin through topical steroid withdrawal and released the belief that people without degrees aren’t heard. She fuses lived experience with certifications in coaching, movement, breathwork and subconscious re-patterning.
