My health situation has taught me the importance of taking care of ourselves and giving ourselves the love, compassion and rest we really need and deserve. I have also learned that our value is not based on what we do and what we achieve, but who we are as a person. I love being able to use my experience to inspire others to take care of themselves and give themselves the love they deserve.
