We Are So Glad To Have You Here!
This community has been created because in my lived experience I have noticed that joy, happiness, freedom, and creativity seem to be emphasized very little. But I know all of these things especially Joy in addition to gratitude is powerful beyond measure so here we make the conscious decision to invite it into our lives as frequently as possible.
The plan is to share joy and create opportunities to experience it on a daily basis. We also have tools to deepen the sense of joy that we permit into our lives through practices that allow us to connect in new ways with ourselves.
