Creative Wellbeing Circle is a supportive space for art journalling, painting, mixed media, clay handbuilding, expressive arts, and creative practice in general. It’s a place to create without pressure, reconnect with yourself, and explore art for wellbeing.

Grounded in connection, shared practice, and collective wellbeing, this community offers creative prompts, live Zoom catch-ups, and space for sharing, reflection, and encouragement.
Whether you are new to creativity, returning after time away, or already have an established practice, you are welcome here, exactly as you are.

With a background in education and postgraduate study in mental health and neuroscience, I created this space to be a gentle, welcoming place to make, reflect, connect, and grow with like-minded people.
