I'm the founder of Cannopoly Training: a structured learning environment focused on Phase 0 readiness, regulatory awareness, and early-stage planning for Cannabis-Based Products for Medicinal Use \(CBPM\).

Cannopoly addresses a common gap in the sector: limited clarity around how CBPM projects are expected to be built before licensing begins.

The work here focuses on regulatory logic, sequencing, and readiness rather than outcomes or shortcuts.

Over the past year, I’ve developed a detailed CBPM blueprint by analysing UK regulatory frameworks, reviewing licensed operating models, and reverse-engineering the standards regulators use to assess early-stage readiness.

This includes premises feasibility, handling and storage principles, operational sequencing, and Phase 0 decision-making.

Cannopoly Training is educational and methodical by design. It’s intended to help people think correctly about CBPM at the earliest stages, so later decisions are grounded, proportionate, and defensible.
