The community is led by Darko Cvetkoski, a Cafe and Restaurant Coach based in Christchurch, New Zealand. With 32 years of experience, Darko has worked in every part of hospitality, from customer service and team leadership to setting up new venues and fixing underperforming operations. Hospo Coach exists to turn real world experience into practical coaching that owners can actually apply.
