Am I the only one who thinks “normal” workouts are booriiing af?

You know doing x amount of sets of squats, deadlifts, crunches and bicep curls just to get a workout done 3 times a week.

Tried that stuff on-off for 20 years but just kept failing one attempt after another - usually after 2 weeks 😂

Also I tried to get in shape alone, no-one supporting or to be accountable to. Being by far the least disciplined person I know that stuff would’ve been a gamechanger.

Back in the day my reasons to get in shape were also "a bit" shallow...

Tbh, I was trying to get in shape just to find girlfriend and when I found one, I faded back to my old bad habits and lost all the progress I had gained.

But now my reasons are way stronger - Stronger than my excuses 🔥

Long story short, 2023 summer I decided to try one more time - but with a whole another angle, and I’ve been pretty freakin’ consistent since then.
