🍌 Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients
[ul][li]3 ripe bananas \(mashed\)[li]1/3 cup melted butter[li]1/2 cup brown sugar[li]1/4 cup white sugar [li]1 large egg[li]1 tsp vanilla extract[li]1 tsp baking soda[li]1/2 tsp salt[li]1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour[li]3/4 cup chocolate chips \(plus extra for topping\)[li]\(Optional\): 1/2 tsp cinnamon or 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
[ol:1][li]Preheat oven to 350°F \(175°C\). Grease or line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.[li]Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.[li]Stir in melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.[li]Add dry ingredients: Mix in baking soda, salt, and flour until just combined — don’t overmix![li]Fold in the chocolate chips[li]Pour batter into your prepared pan. Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top.[li]Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean \(a few melted chocolate smudges are okay\).[li]Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
