I’m Rina, a This Naked Mind & Grey Area Drinker certified coach and the founder of Alcohol Freedom. I created this community to support Christian men and women in changing their relationship with alcohol — without shame, labels, or judgment.
Here, we focus on faith-based transformation, backed by practical tools from behavioral science. This unique blend of faith and science helps us understand why we do the things we no longer want to do, and guides us toward small, doable actions that lead to lasting freedom.
