• Tuesday 7:30–9:00 PM — A quiet “kids are in bed” session. Great for parents and full-timers.
• Thursday 12:00–1:00 PM — Join during lunch, kid's nap time, or between business meetings.
• Saturday 6:30–7:30 AM — Early riser focus. Write before the day takes over.
