Hey!! I am so glad you are here! I have been a health enthusiast for as long as I can remember but it wasn't until my 1st child developed eczema that I realized I need to learn all I could about taking care of my family's health. I have a B.S. in Nutrition and a M.S. in Exercise Physiology. I will complete school for Functional Medicine In March. I love working 1-on-1 with women to educate and equip them with their health issues. I take a root cause approach to wellness and focus on addressing root cause while managing the symptoms. WELLness is multi-faceted: Nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement, toxin avoidance, water intake, and mental wellbeing.
