TRU:PATH was founded by Jonathan Cattell: The Habit Navigator, during one of the
most challenging chapters of his life.

After a major financial investment collapsed, Jonathan was forced to leave his family
overseas and return to the UK for work.

In the uncertainty that followed, without the daily presence of his loved ones, he found
himself navigating the same struggles so many men face today: isolation, disconnection,
and the risk of drifting without a clear direction.

Through this season, Jonathan discovered something powerful, that identity, habits, and
brotherhood could become an unshakable compass.

TRU:PATH was born from this realisation: to guide men out of drift, into clarity, and
