I have been riding bikes my whole life. From a firetruck red Huffy BMX that I would build sketchy jumps with, to finding that amazing feeling of 'flow' on the trails today.

I got my first MTB in 1985. A sea foam green Diamondback Apex, that started a lifelong passion for this sport. Bikes were simple and we had no idea what we were doing, but we were having fun doing it.

Today, that passion has only grown and bikes are so much better, and a lot more confusing if you are just getting started.

This is why I started this community, so more people can have more fun on these amazing things we call mountain bikes. I want to help you move past the frustration and confusion around setup to find that 'flow'.
