This community is for people who are navigating mental health struggles, looking for a safe place to express, learn and progress with people who get it.
After helping patients navigate inside of psych wards for over 7 years, I now help on the outside, by providing a supportive community, giving people guidance through self-paced classes and even offering one-on-one guidance. I created this space to help you:
