Welcome to The Meditation School :\)

My name is Joe and I created this space with one mission: to help 1,000 people build a consistent meditation habit.

We meet Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings on Zoom. The zoom room is open from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM EST. You’ll choose a breakout room for a 5, 15, 30, 45, or 60 minute self guided meditation.

I’ll be there holding the container, helping people get settled, and gently bringing everyone back when their sits are complete. Afterward, you can stay to reflect, connect with others, or quietly log off.

Through accountability threads, live sessions, and community support, we make it easier to show up consistently. There is no pressure or perfection required.
