I started this journey with practically $0, a business license, and a website — and hit $10K+ months in less then 4 months. No investors, no big team, just strategy, and smart partnerships.
Here’s a step-by-step of what I did:

2️⃣ Choose a niche – I focused on Medicare-reimbursed healthcare services.
3️⃣ Target high-ticket reimbursements – identify services that pay the most, like specialized labs, remote monitoring and biologics. Knowing which services bring in the highest commissions lets you maximize income with fewer accounts.
4️⃣ Secure partnerships – network with providers, agencies, and labs who need solutions and are willing to pay commissions.
5️⃣ Offer real value – show partners how your services help them get reimbursed and run smoother.
6️⃣ Scale one account at a time – build trust, close deals, and reinvest in growth.
