I’m opening The Gymnastics Method: Strength and Conditioning Club \(Founding Members Only\)

For the last 15+ years I’ve coached and trained using gymnastics principles, not only in the gym, but at home and in the weights room – and it’s completely changed how I move, feel and perform.

I’m now opening an online club where I’ll teach you how to do the same.

What you get as a founding member:
- 1x Home Session each week – minimal space, no equipment
- 1x Gym Session each week – gymnastics‑inspired strength & conditioning you can plug straight into your current weight training
- Step‑by‑step progressions towards better handstands, stronger shoulders and core, and improved hip and spine mobility
- Access to a private community for check‑ins, questions and video form feedback
