Welcome to Still Standing: The Practice. I’m Stacey James McAdoo.
I am no stranger to the weight of the world. Having lost my father to murder, my only sibling to a car accident, and my son when he was just 24, I’ve learned that resilience isn’t just about surviving the blow...it’s about what you do with the pieces that remain.
Alongside these profound losses and deep personal betrayals, I have spent more than 20 years as an educator and advocate teaching the therapeutic power of voice. I realized that to truly heal, we need more than just a place to "be still." We need a Practice.
Utilizing the Art Actionâ„¢ methodology, this sanctuary helps you process grief, trauma and transitions through:
[ul][li]Releasing and shedding the stagnant weight of loss, trauma, betrayals & transitions. [li]Creative expression and experiences to externalize what words cannot.[li]A structured framework for identity design and goal-setting.
Your story is no longer a weight; it is your medium. Join us in the practice of becoming.
