We treat aging like something to fight.
Like it’s a problem to fix.
But here’s the truth: aging is living.
Every wrinkle is proof you’ve stayed.
Every line is a record of all the times you said yes to life.
To love. To heartbreak. To laughter that doubled you over. To grief that cracked you open.
Aging isn’t decay.
It’s evidence.
It means you’re still here. Still showing up.
Still saying: I choose to live.
So maybe the question isn’t how do I stop aging?
Maybe it’s: how do I keep living while I age?
Because that’s the invitation.
Not to erase the years —
But to let them shine through you.
